Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this recruiting page ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Security provisions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. The Site is operated by Compass Line Ventures LLC ("CLV") on behalf of Shot Gun Law Enforcement Motorcycle Club ("the Club").

Purpose of the Site

This Site provides general information about the Club and allows visitors to express interest in membership by submitting their name, email address, phone number, city, and state through the recruiting interest form. Submitting the form does not guarantee membership, create a contractual obligation, or establish any commitment on the part of the Club or CLV.

User Responsibilities

By using the interest form, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• The information you provide is accurate and truthful
• You consent to being contacted by Club representatives regarding your submission

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Shot Gun LE MC or CLV and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without prior written permission.

Disclaimer

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Neither CLV nor the Club warrants that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Submission of the interest form is an expression of interest only and does not create any right to membership or further communication.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CLV and the Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or submission of the interest form. Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Site (which is zero, as the Site is free to access).

Security Practices

We take the security of your information seriously. The following measures are in place to protect data submitted through the interest form:

• All data is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS encryption in transit)
• Form submissions are processed server-side; your data is never exposed in client-side code or browser storage
• Data is stored in a secure, access-controlled cloud database with restricted permissions
• Administrative access to submission data requires authentication
• API keys and database credentials are stored as server-side environment variables and are never included in client-facing code

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which CLV is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms & Security provisions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
